1. Feed size
For cone crushers, different types or different types can process different feed sizes. If the feed particle size is not suitable, it will also lead to unqualified output quality, so the feed particle size must meet the requirements of the production equipment.
2. Cyclic load
The operation process of the cone crusher is carried out in a closed circuit. If the discharge port is enlarged and the load in the cycle is increased, the shape of the stone particles will become better. In the whole process, due to the increase of the cycle load, the wear of each equipment in the system increases, but when the discharge port is increased, the load of the main crushing motor can be reduced, and the shape of the finished product particles becomes better. Therefore, in production, the cycle load adjustment is very important.
3. Crushing ratio
The crushing ratio refers to the ratio of the imported material to the particle size of the crushed product. The larger the ratio, the larger the crushing ratio, and vice versa. For the production process of the cone crusher, if the crushing ratio is large, the needle flake content will be added. Therefore, in production, the adjustment of the crushing ratio is an important measure to ensure the output. Of course, the crushing ratio is too small. The decline of the output value of the whole system and the increase of the internal circulation increase the wear of the cone crusher, so the selection of the crushing ratio needs to be appropriate.
4. Open and closed loops
In the production of cone crushers, the circulation is divided into circuit circulation and closed circuit circulation. The former is called first screening and then crushing, and the latter is called first crushing and then screening. Screening first and then crushing means that the primary crushed material is screened through the product sieve and then enters the secondary crushing feed port for crushing, so that the output value of the finished material is increased, and the needle flake content is also increased. Crushing first and then screening means that all the primary crushed material enters the feed port of the secondary cone crusher, and then enters the finished product sieve for screening after secondary crushing. The whole system is a closed system, the unqualified reason is not the loss of crushed material, and the cycle load is large. In the actual production of the cone crusher, the choice of open circuit or closed circuit can be selected according to the production requirements.
