In view of the material characteristics of brittle and low hardness of limestone, the limestone crushing production line is suitable for adopting one-time forming hammer crusher equipment, which has low equipment investment, large crushing ratio and high production efficiency.
Limestone processing equipment: Jaw Crusher (Hammer Crusher), Impact Crusher, Sand Making Machine and Sand Washing Machine, auxiliary equipment is feeder, vibrating screen, conveyor, etc.
1. Feeding: Put the material on the vibrating feeder by the excavator or the silo, and then feed it into the coarse crusher evenly and continuously;
2. Crushing: Jaw crushers and impact crushers are used for primary and secondary crushing operations, and there is a conveyor in the center to transport materials back and forth;
3. Screening: The vibrating screen is responsible for screening and controlling the particle size of the product. If the stone does not meet the particle size of the screen, the crushing process will continue;
4. Sand making: part of the crushed limestone is directly sent to the stockpile as a product, and the other part is crushed and sand made by the sand making machine;
5. Screening: the vibrating screen is also responsible for distinguishing products with different particle sizes, and then the unqualified sand is returned to make sand again, and the qualified sand is transported to the sand washing stage by the conveyor;
6. Sand washing: The sand washing machine removes the impurities in the product, improves the quality of the sand, reduces the mud content, stone powder content, etc.
