1. Bearing heating: the bearing is damaged due to overloading of the machine or bending of the main shaft. At this time, stop the machine immediately, open the ventilation hole of the machine for inspection, and replace the new bearing in time.
2. Hammer head wear: The hammer head of the crusher is severely worn, resulting in a large gap between the hammer head and the rotor. The work should be stopped and a new hammer head should be replaced to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
3. The rotor beats a lot: it may be due to the bending of the main shaft or the incorrect connection between the main shaft and the machine body, causing the rotor to be unbalanced. At this time, the rotor should be removed for inspection, and the joint between the main shaft and the body should be reinstalled.
4. Abnormal noise in the crushing cavity: it may be caused by objects blocking the crushing cavity, excessive vibration of the crusher or improper operation. At this time, check whether there is any foreign matter in the crushing cavity, and clean it up in time.
5. Long downtime when dealing with faults: it may be caused by hydraulic system faults or insufficient hydraulic oil. At this time, the machine should be stopped in time to replenish hydraulic oil.
