1. The nature of the input materials: materials with high hardness such as granite, iron ore, basalt, etc. need jaw crushers, cone crushers, etc.; soft and brittle stones need to replace cone crushers with impact crushers.
2. Feeding particle size: jaw crusher adopts the principle of extrusion crushing, the crushing is relatively large, and there is a “tiger’s mouth” like feeding port, so jaw crusher is more suitable for coarse crushing of large materials; impact crushing Crusher and cone crusher are commonly used after jaw crusher for medium and fine crushing of materials. If the particle size of the raw material is large, the combination of jaw crusher and medium and fine crushing equipment is required; if the raw material particle size is small, the step of coarse crushing (jaw crushing) can be omitted, and it can be directly processed by medium and fine crushing equipment (impact crusher or cone crusher).
3. Output granularity: If the output granularity is finer and the quality of the finished material is higher, a sand making machine needs to be added behind the medium and fine crushing equipment.
4. Output problem: The equipment type and model of the crushing production line are not randomly matched, and the appropriate type of equipment should be configured according to the processing capacity, that is to say, the production capacity of the coarse crushing equipment, medium and fine crushing equipment, and sand making equipment must match.
