After the material is fed into the grinding disc, under the action of centrifugal force, it moves in a straight line at a uniform speed along the center line of the grinding disc. After the feed inlet is blocked by the fixed baffle, when the material passes through the grinding body, under the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown to the periphery of the grinding disc and is gradually ground to achieve the purpose of grinding. When the finished product passes through the discharge grate, it is collected. After the material is unloaded to the finished product bin, the material rolls along the horizontal direction and returns to the fan inlet pipe under the action of centrifugal force and gravity to continue grinding. When the material in the mill reaches a certain fineness (generally about 20%), it passes through an adjustable grinding chamber (called powder selection chamber). Because there is an adjustment device in the grinding chamber, it can ensure that the fineness of the finished product meets the user’s requirements.
